Can I return my antique purchase?

All antiques, vintage pieces and one-of-a-kind items are final sale. Please read our Return Policy page for a thorough breakdown.

Why does the antique I ordered have imperfections?

Antique condition is described in the description of each product. We encourage clients to carefully review dimensions, materials, and specifications before purchasing. Our collection of antiques are selected for their craftsmanship and enduring quality.

Custom Order Program

Can I return my custom order purchase?

All furniture — including custom furniture ordered through our online configurator, made-to-order upholstery, case goods, and trade-only vendor pieces — is final sale. Please read our Return Policy page for a thorough breakdown.

Can I see the upholstery fabrics and wood finishes before I order?

Yes! Please contact us to order swatches of the materials you would like.

What if the piece I order does not fit in my space?

Esme is not responsible for pieces not fitting in a client's space. We encourage clients to carefully review dimensions, materials, and specifications before purchasing.

Do you provide tearsheets?

Yes! Each custom order furniture listing has a "Download Tearsheet" button. You will receive a printable PDF file of the piece.

Why are lead times 8-14 weeks?

Due to the custom furniture being made to order, they require more time to account for in-stock materials and quality craftsmanship. No shortcuts are taken on these pieces; they are worth the wait.

When will I receive tracking information?

Once the piece has been picked up by uShip from Verellen or Lancaster, Esme will email you a tracking number.

SHIPPING

How will my custom piece be shipped?

Our white glove shipping provider, uShip, will deliver your piece in-home. Verellen and Lancaster pieces are thoroughly wrapped and packaged to ensure safe arrival.

How will my antique be shipped?

Esme will hand-package and ship your piece to ensure safe arrival.

What if the piece I order does not fit in my space?
