We set out to showcase the craft of traditional leatherwork. A solid, turned poplar base is covered in a sleeve that is entirely handmade, from careful skiving to rigorous hand stitching and lacing. The table top is crafted from beautifully figured boards of locally sourced hardwood, oiled as shown or scorched; these ash tops are torched and scoured before being polished with natural beeswax.

Wipe leather with a soft, dry cloth and condition occasionally with a neutral cream or balm. Clean wood with a soft, dry cloth; avoid direct sunlight and heat sources.
Subtle variations in leather and wood grain are characteristic and will develop depth over time.
